TAI CHI

13 years and older.      Tai Chi is a system of movements, positions and techniques aimed to address the body and mind as an interconnected system. Tai Chi promotes mental and physical health benefits to improve posture, balance, flexibility and strength. The modern practice of Tai Chi often includes sequences of slow coordinated with deep breathing and mental attention. A level of concentration is involved and classes are focused and quiet .
